How do I access phpmyadmin?

I was emailed by support about my problems creating tables and granting permissions through mysql. They told me to click on the link to phpmyadmin located at the bottom of the screen in cpanel, but I do not see a link to phpmyadmin. Can someone help me?

    Log in to your VDS manager.
    In the main menu, select "Install & Manage" under ValueApps.
    Choose the Database folder.
    If you have already installed phpMyAdmin, you should see a link to "Launch application."

Sorry, that's only for Sphera. I don't know if that will help with cPanel.
