It would appear that OSH are migrating servers and are inadvertently or otherwise upsetting file permissions associated with the g2data folder. Just use the chmod -R 777 /home/Your-uname/g2data to fix it. I have put it back to 755 after and it still works so not sure what has been changed. Probably deep down in the file structure.
Any advice on what has changed and if my install is wrong would be appreciated but this has happened on two of mysites and two of my colleagues.
