Hello,
I recently switched our domain form a VDS package to a Reseller Package and immediately following the switch, we started having problems with our outgoing mail. Email providers such as Hotmail and Yahoo are rejecting our messages. It's almost like our domain no longer appears legitimate to their filtering system. We are using the same outgoing server settings as before - mail.ourdomain.com.
I am now using IMAP instead of POP but other than that, I cannot figure out what the problem may be. Does anyone have any suggestions?
