PHP Infection

Apparently my site became infected with rogue php files loaded in almost all of my directories. These files direct the wget user to porn sites. The site seems to work normally with http browser access and this was only detected when using wget. The rogue php files all seem to have a date of 6/05/2009.

Is there a way to remove them all simultaneously or must I go thru each directory one by one and delete them?

Hopefully others have not been similarly infected

I have been infected as well. When I open it, I (and customers) get the following:
This web site at www.blissdesigns.net has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked based on your security preferences.

There is code added to each of my pages. I re-uploaded my web site again with FileZilla, and it was fine. Now, the site is corrupted again. I don't want to have to re-upload my site several times/day! Is it being corrupted at Surf Speedy? Did you get an answer from your question? I have submitted a support ticket and hope for an answer soon.
